A travel series from Copenhagen and Stockholm, focused on light, space, and the way these cities meet water and landscape.

The Journey

This collection was created while moving through Copenhagen and Stockholm in 2024. The images look at residential streets, waterfronts, bridges, and open bays, often from a slight distance. Instead of emphasizing well known landmarks, the focus is on everyday scenes, buildings partially obscured, structures framed by their surroundings, and moments shaped by natural light.

Both cities feel open and breathable, with water playing a constant role. I approached them without staging or intervention, letting compression, framing, and detail define the images rather than broad city overviews.
